Bobby Duncan

Executive Vice President and General Manager

Bobby graduated from Auburn University in 1980 with a B.S. degree in Building Science. Bobby’s career began as an Estimator/Project Engineer for Algernon Blair, Inc. in Montgomery, AL where he was involved in several large Institutional, Healthcare and U.S Army Corp of Engineer’s projects throughout the Southeastern United States. In 1987 Bobby joined SSW as a Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Construction. Currently as General Manager and Executive Vice President Bobby’s responsibilities include Project Management and oversight of office Staff.

Scott Mullen

Vice President

Scott graduated from Auburn University in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Building Science. Upon graduation from Auburn Scott joined Gables Residential in Boca Raton, FL and spent the next six years in various roles working on multi-family projects throughout Florida. In 2003 Scott left Gables to join Centex Homes as the Director of In-Fill Development and eventually returned to Gables as their Senior Project Manager in Tampa, FL. in 2004. After successful completion of Gables’ development’s in the Tampa area Scott formed Mullen Bros. Construction, Inc. with his brother Peter and the company went on to successfully build a 45 unit luxury townhome project in Clearwater, FL. In 2006 Scott joined Clark Benning Builders as their Senior Project Executive on the Fort Benning Family Communities Project at Fort Benning, GA. and in 2008 began working with S.S.W as a Project Manager and was promoted to company Vice President in February of 2010.

Peter Mullen

Sr. Project Manager

Peter graduated from Auburn University in 1993 with a B.S. degree in Building Science. Upon graduation Peter went to work for Pulte Homes Corporation as an Assistant Superintendent and rose to the level of Project Manager responsible for the entitlement, coordination and development of Single Family homesites throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County’s in South Florida. In 1998 Peter joined Gables Residential as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Regional Vice President in January of 2004. In September of 2004 Peter left Gables Residential and joined his brother Scott in forming Mullen Bros. Construction, Inc. to construct a luxury townhome project in Clearwater, FL. In July of 2006 Peter was rehired by Gables Residential as Regional Vice President and successfully negotiated the contract for a $19 million Assisited Living Facility in Tampa, FL. Peter joined the SSW team in January of 2010.

Clayton McKinnon, P.E.

Project Manager

Clayton graduated from Auburn University in 2006 with a B.S degree in Civil Engineering and received an MBA from Auburn University in 2010. After graduation Clayton worked as a Senior Field Representative with PBS&J on several large highway projects throughout Alabama where he was responsible for Contractor oversight relating to Quality Control, Safety and the environment. In September of 2007 Clayton joined SSW as a Project Manager where his primary focus is on Commercial, Industrial and Retail projects. In May of 2011 Clayton became a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in the State of Alabama.
